3. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information

  1. Clebrain processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period agreed upon by the individual or as required by law.
  2. For membership registration and management, personal information is retained and used from the consent date to a semi-permanent period for the stated purposes.

4. Rights and Responsibilities of Users

  1. Users can exercise their rights regarding the access, correction, deletion, and suspension of their personal information.
  2. These rights can be exercised through written requests, email, or fax as per Article 41(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Clebrain will respond promptly.
  3. Users can exercise these rights through their legal representatives or authorized agents, provided the prescribed authorization form is submitted.
  4. Access and suspension requests may be restricted under Articles 35(5) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. Requests for corrections or deletions cannot be made if the data is required by other laws.
  6. Clebrain verifies the identity of the requester or their representative for these requests.

5. Processed Personal Information

Clebrain processes the following personal information:

Membership Registration and Management

  • Required Information: Login ID, IP address, performance recognition result files, performance recording files
  • Optional Information: Phone number, email, password, name

6. Destruction of Personal Information

Clebrain destroys personal information immediately after achieving its purpose. The procedure, timeline, and method are as follows:

  • Procedure: Data entered by users is transferred to a separate database (or stored as physical documents) and destroyed after a set retention period.
  • Timeline: Data is destroyed within 5 days after the retention period ends or when the information is no longer needed.
  • Method: Digital data is destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery.

7. Use of Cookies

Clebrain uses cookies to provide personalized services. Cookies store small amounts of data on users’ devices.

  • Purpose: To optimize user experience by tracking visit patterns, popular searches, and secure access.
  • Control: Users can reject cookies by adjusting their browser settings. However, rejecting cookies may limit service functionality.
